Executive Director
Executive Director Daryl Branson has been working in the 9-1-1 field since 1997 as a dispatcher and call taker, a shift supervisor, and the director of a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary public safety dispatch center. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Missouri State University and is a certified Emergency Number Professional by the National Emergency Number Association.

Representation
The Colorado 9-1-1 Resource Center's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws specify that there shall be five board members, representing the following groups:
1- State of Colorado Office of Consumer Counsel
1- Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) or 9-1-1 Authority Board
1- Telcommunications Industry
2- Voting or non-voting member of the 9-1-1 Advisory Task Force
Additionally, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission has the right to appoint one of the directors, if it so chooses. Otherwise, all board members are appointed by the PUC 9-1-1 Task Force. All appointments are for two-year terms.
